Do's, & Don'ts Of Purchasing Online Weed

Tuesday March 22, 2016

by gary ratchford

Some of the weed online you see is just advertising...   Some not...
Some are likely police..

Some online purchases, after reeling you in will have you sign a release to assure it
is for in state use, but remember mail is still a federal offense.

Stay out of the grey areas !

To send, or receive in the mail is still illegal, and a (federal) offense, and if it's coming
from another country it's still a federal crime, and your just as likely to be busted.

Some online sites masque the identity of your i.p. address, and I cannot say "exactly" this
would be the safest way to purchase because I would be aiding, and abetting a pothead. Lol 😉✌🏻️

If you want to stay out of jail, and are a serious stoner, or medical marijuana patient make
plans to move, if possible to a state that welcomes recreational pot users..

Get involved in pro-legal activism in your state, and travel...  Meet people, and have fun.
The marijuana  laws are changing everyday from state to state so be sure to check the marijuana
laws if you plan to travel in the state your traveling to, or through.
Even some airlines are not bothering with possession on in state flights.

So, "roll it up". and "light it up" my LegalWeedFriends ✌🏻️

by gary ratchford

In Tampa, Florida city council members voted 5-1 Thursday,  March 17, 2016 in favor of decriminalizing misdemeanor marijuana possession 20 grams, or less.

Until now offenders could face up to 1 year in jail, or a $1,000 dollar fine, and face drivers license suspension for up to two years.

With the new ordinance police have the option of issuing civil citations to those caught in possession of 20 grams, or less.  The offense is now similar to a traffic citation with fines, and mandatory drug counseling.

In lieu of criminal charges for a first time offense the fine is $75.00,  the second offense  is $150.00,  the third offense is $300.00, the fourth offense would be $450.00

An offense of drug paraphernalia, pipes, bongs, etc. with traces of marijuana residue would be similar.

All city council members voted in favor of the ordinance with the exception of Charlie Miranda, who voted, No !

A spokesperson for media sources said, Mayor Buckhorn is expected to sign the ordinance into law in the near future.
