Cannabis Clubs Or Bars

July 21, 2017

by gary ratchford

Dear MarijuanaVoters

Whether your a couple that enjoys a blunt, and some wax on the weekend, a
single mom that sits on your screened porch smoking a joint after the kids
go to bed, or a businessman dabbing between clients.

Whomever you are, and for whatever reason you smoke you've all come to
the same conclusion, and it's that you prefer blunts, bowls, & cannabis clubs
over bars.

The truth is some of us enjoy going out to a club with our date for a drink, or
even two on the weekends.
Our thoughts are if only our dates wouldn't get so smashed, cockeyed, or shit faced.
At this point we want to say something, but don't want to hurt each other's feelings, and
realize we both would have been better off to stay home, & Toke Up !

Tips for the weekend:

Even though driving high is much safer than driving drunk, if you think your to
high to drive you probably are.
Crashing on a friends couch is better than jail, or crashing your car and hurting
someone.

Weekend Goals:

Make A Plan
Twist A Fatty
Listen To Music

Trending In America: Reduced Penalties Drug Prevention And Treatment In The Land Of Liberty

July 15, 2017

by gary ratchford

Dear MarijuanaVoters

Sixteen states in the land of liberty today provide misdemeanor penalties
for simple possession of drugs like heroin, cocaine powder and base,
and hallucinogens such as LSD etc.
All of these drugs were formerly classified as felonies.

The sixteen states are Wyoming, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Vermont, Tennessee,
South Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Maine,
Iowa, Idaho, Delaware, Colorado, California, and most recently Oregon makes seventeen.

In America 70 to 100 million people have criminal records.  America is in jeopardy
of becoming a nation of criminals and policing from a position of fear.  That's
fourteen to twenty million new arrests every year.

MarijuanaVoters propose the land of liberty move from penalty, prosecution, & punishment
to forgiveness, redemption, and restoration.

MarijuanaVoters are forever joined together in the fight for freedom.

In 1973 Oregon became the first state to decriminalize small amounts of cannabis
possession.
In 1996 California was the first to legalize medical cannabis.

Twenty nine legal medical marijuana states have since followed the cannabis revolution.

MarijuanaVoters are not encouraging people to go out and use drugs irresponsibly.

MarijuanaVoters are saying people shouldn't be arrested for personal drug use, or decisions
about what they put in their own bodies.

MarijuanaVoters are saying if personal drug use leads to criminal activity then those involved
could be prosecuted similar to alcohol.

The enormous amount of capital needed to pinpoint arrests, prosecute, incarcerate, and
supervise first time offenders is definitely not money well spent, and has caused more harm
than good.

Do's, & Don'ts Of Purchasing Online Weed

Tuesday March 22, 2016

by gary ratchford

Some of the weed online you see is just advertising...   Some not...
Some are likely police..

Some online purchases, after reeling you in will have you sign a release to assure it
is for in state use, but remember mail is still a federal offense.

Stay out of the grey areas !

To send, or receive in the mail is still illegal, and a (federal) offense, and if it's coming
from another country it's still a federal crime, and your just as likely to be busted.

Some online sites masque the identity of your i.p. address, and I cannot say "exactly" this
would be the safest way to purchase because I would be aiding, and abetting a pothead. Lol πŸ˜‰✌🏻️

If you want to stay out of jail, and are a serious stoner, or medical marijuana patient make
plans to move, if possible to a state that welcomes recreational pot users..

Get involved in pro-legal activism in your state, and travel...  Meet people, and have fun.
The marijuana  laws are changing everyday from state to state so be sure to check the marijuana
laws if you plan to travel in the state your traveling to, or through.
Even some airlines are not bothering with possession on in state flights.

So, "roll it up". and "light it up" my LegalWeedFriends ✌🏻️

Tampa Florida City Council Votes To Decriminalize

Thursday, March 17, 2016

by gary ratchford

In Tampa, Florida city council members voted 5-1 Thursday,  March 17, 2016 in favor of decriminalizing misdemeanor marijuana possession 20 grams, or less.

Until now offenders could face up to 1 year in jail, or a $1,000 dollar fine, and face drivers license suspension for up to two years.

With the new ordinance police have the option of issuing civil citations to those caught in possession of 20 grams, or less.  The offense is now similar to a traffic citation with fines, and mandatory drug counseling.

In lieu of criminal charges for a first time offense the fine is $75.00,  the second offense  is $150.00,  the third offense is $300.00, the fourth offense would be $450.00

An offense of drug paraphernalia, pipes, bongs, etc. with traces of marijuana residue would be similar.

All city council members voted in favor of the ordinance with the exception of Charlie Miranda, who voted, No !

A spokesperson for media sources said, Mayor Buckhorn is expected to sign the ordinance into law in the near future.
